Our refund policy is designed to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. As our products are personalized, refunds are not possible once the product is printed. However, we will provide a full refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

1. If you cancel your order before the product printing process has started.

2. If the product you receive is not what you ordered, we will provide a full refund or replacement.

3. If the product is damaged during shipping, we will provide a full refund or replacement. Please note that photographic evidence of the damaged product may be required.

4. If the product is lost during shipping and cannot be located by the courier company, we will provide a full refund or replacement.

Please note that requests for refunds must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order. If the customer fails to receive the product and the product is returned to us, the customer is not eligible for a refund, and the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping charges to reship the product. All returned products will be disposed of within 15 days from the time we receive the product from the courier partner. We will not be able to refund or reship once the product is disposed of.
