Shipping Options: We offer shipping options for your convenience. We strive to dispatch your items as soon as possible, within 1 to 3 working days from the time you place the order. Once the products are dispatched, it takes about 10 to 11 working days to deliver to your location.

Delivery Dates: Delivery dates may be extended in the following scenarios:

1. Goverment Lock downs due to pandemic situations like COVID

2. Festival seasons due to large volume

3. Strikes and bandhs

4. Natural disasters like floods or earthquakes

Failed Delivery: Delivery may fail in the following scenarios. If delivery fails due to any of the below reasons, the user needs to pay again for shipping charges to reship the product. Reshipping happens only after we receive the product from the shipping partner.

1. If address is un locatable

2. Invalid pin code is provided

3. Contact number provided is invalid

Working Days: Working days typically do not include weekends. However, Saturday and Sunday deliveries may occur in select zip codes. Please note that we do not ship on national holidays.
